Severe Back pain between shoulder blades? - pain between the shoulder blades with persisitent cough

I have pain in my back between my shoulder pain on the left side, so that hurt the whole time, but sometimes I want to do something and have a sharp pain and I can my left arm forward or back pain without super super hard and then about 15 Minute discount is, and then only affected a regular basis. Any tips? Oh, and I am poor and have no health insurance or that the doctor would end in any way to hurt others will be with a lot of Tylenol?
