Plans For Big Green Egg Table Does This Sound Like A Good Plan?

Does this sound like a good plan? - plans for big green egg table

Breakfast:
1 piece whole wheat toast
2 scrambled eggs
or
again a healthy
Lunch
Large green salad with chicken or fish
Dinner
Grilled Chicken and Vegetables
a good salad
stir-fried vegtables

Working out:
Running straight into the early morning hours for atleast 30 minutes, and after a few weeks, switched by 40 to 50 minutes

go to the gym and working 6 days a week

Is this a good sound and healthy for you? And if, if I may continue this, I will be able to lose weight? And I'm different exercises such as tennis and many other things.

Sounds good to me! You need to burn more calories from their diets, it would follow it, how much to eat and drink more and more! Tennis Rocks!

Yulp, sounds like a whole. You will lose weight anyway.
